Welcome to The Mental Mastery Alliance. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of https://thementalmasteryalliance.com and all related services, programs, coaching, digital products, memberships, communities, and communications provided by The Mental Mastery Alliance, referred to as “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us.”
By accessing this website, enrolling in programs, participating in coaching, joining any community, or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use this website or engage in services.
The Mental Mastery Alliance provides mindset coaching, educational programs, community memberships, digital courses, podcast content, consulting, and personal development resources.
All services are for educational and personal development purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice and do not replace licensed professional services.
Clients may be provided with a separate Coaching Agreement outlining scope, payment terms, scheduling policies, cancellation rules, confidentiality, and additional terms.
If a client participates in any coaching session, consultation, program, or paid service after being provided access to the Coaching Agreement, such participation constitutes full acknowledgment and acceptance of that agreement.
Engagement in services after receiving access to the Coaching Agreement shall be deemed the legal equivalent of signing the agreement in writing.
Acceptance may occur through conduct, including booking, attending, or paying for services.
Enrollment in digital programs or online courses grants you a limited, non transferable, non exclusive license to access the materials for personal use only.
You may not:
Share login credentials
Distribute materials
Reproduce or resell content
Record or duplicate program materials
We reserve the right to revoke access for violation of these terms without refund.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all digital program purchases are non refundable.
The Mental Mastery Alliance may operate private or paid communities including but not limited to platforms such as Skool.
By joining any community you agree to:
Engage respectfully with other members
Refrain from harassment, abuse, hate speech, or disruptive conduct
Avoid promoting competing services without permission
Maintain confidentiality of other members’ personal disclosures
We reserve the right to remove members at our discretion for behavior that disrupts community integrity. Removal may occur without refund.
Membership fees, if applicable, are billed according to the selected tier and may renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal.
All fees are due as stated at purchase.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all payments are non refundable.
Failure to complete payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of services.
You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all agreed services and recurring memberships.
Coaching session scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation terms may be outlined in a separate Coaching Agreement.
Missed sessions may be forfeited unless otherwise specified in writing.
All content on this website and within programs including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, downloads, course materials, branding, and frameworks is the exclusive property of The Mental Mastery Alliance.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or derivative use is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Participation in coaching sessions, group calls, community discussions, or programs may be recorded.
By participating, you grant The Mental Mastery Alliance permission to use recordings, testimonials, comments, or shared content for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes unless you explicitly request in writing to remain confidential.
If you provide testimonials, you grant us the right to edit for clarity while preserving meaning.
Confidential one on one sessions will not be publicly released without explicit consent.
All services and content are provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee specific personal, financial, relational, or business results.
Personal growth outcomes depend on individual effort, circumstances, and implementation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Mental Mastery Alliance shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is discontinuation of services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Mental Mastery Alliance from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of services or violation of these Terms.
Services may utilize third party platforms including Skool, payment processors, scheduling systems, podcast platforms, and social media platforms.
We are not responsible for the policies, outages, data practices, or actions of third party platforms.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation, except where prohibited by law.
Arbitration shall take place in Ontario, Canada, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
You waive the right to participate in class action claims against The Mental Mastery Alliance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, regardless of your physical location.
If services are delivered remotely or internationally, Ontario law shall still apply.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the website, coaching, programs, or community after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
