That is why I created The First Fifteen, a guided meditation series designed to help you take control of your morning energy before the world does. These are short, powerful, heart-centered sessions crafted to realign your mind, body, and soul in under fifteen minutes.


Each meditation is an invitation to return to yourself, to your heart, to the truth that you are already whole.


When you first wake, your brain operates in the theta state, that liminal space between dreams and consciousness. It is the same frequency children live in, the place of imagination, openness, and creation. In that state, you are literally programming your reality. What you feed your mind during this time sets the tone for everything that follows.

This meditation was created to help you step away from the noise and return to the calm within. It’s a gentle reminder that balance isn’t something you have to find , it’s something you allow.


Through breath, awareness, and presence, Return to Center helps you release the weight of distraction and reconnect your mind, body, and soul. Take a few moments to pause, breathe, and remember who you are beneath the chaos.

Back to You

This meditation invites you to begin your day from stillness instead of stress. It is a gentle space to breathe, clear your mind, and reconnect with yourself before the world asks for your attention.


Back to You helps you find focus, peace, and presence within the first moments of your morning so you can move through your day calm, grounded, and aligned with your purpose.
